[For anyone who has seen Mendelson before, even in passing by being a customer of his, the difference in how he looks now to how he did a few months ago might be startling. With his refusal - fear - of answering the price of his possession his health has been in steady decline for years, but as he appears on the screen now he looks almost bright. His pale skin has colour, his hair isn't hanging limp, and even the black horns curling out of it seem glossy.
He might look better, were it not for the creature lurking in the shot behind him. It's been a while, but he's still nervous of it.]

[Mendelson makes a soft 'hm' sound.]
I should name it, right? Would that be weird? [Not actually what he wants to say, and he's not the best at making jokes.]
A-anyway. I'm only... using the app for this because a number of you use my shop. I've been having the place refurbished but I'll be open tomorrow. You'll just have to walk under the scaffolding to get to the door. [He clears his throat as the shadow creature behind him starts making a strange rumbling sound.]
