[Mirabel had awoken with face paint of her own, that she couldn't wash off either. That's less important than waiting on Luisa to wake up from her sleep. She knew the process by now, that's why on Day 3 of her sleeping, she visits up to her room and lays on the bed next to her until she wakes up.
Honestly, a lot had happened. Isa's disappearance, her concert, prom... Mira had put on a brave face through it all, but having neither sister there to see her off for either of her school events... kind of hurt. Even if it was neither of their faults.
Still... she'd never said anything about that. She just lays with her older sister, grateful that one of them is still here with her.
