[Varian had been watching the Jenga discussion with a confused look- as usual, he only understand about 80% of what comes out of Ghilley's mouth so he's missing out on what he feels might be important context. The second he hears Harumasa cough, though, he turns his head quickly in his brother in law's direction. Any confusion is quickly replaces with concern.

He gets up, moving swiftly to Harumasa - he casts one look at Lighter, but the Duke is still here, he can be trusted to watch this. So he puts his focus back on Harumasa.]

Hey, Haru. Do-do you need to go get your meds? You um... sound like you should probably do that. You want me to come with you? Keep you company.
