Quiet Reflections
WHO: James Rogers & Persephone
WHERE: Persephone's Shrine
WHEN: Back on 2/8
WHAT: With Valentine's Day on the horizon, James called on Persephone to honor someone he's lost.
WARNINGS: Talk of death and grieving, will update if needed!
[It takes a little bit of time for James to find his way to Persephone's shrine, if just... because he's making a few stops on the way, dipping his head into some of the gaudier shops to look around, trying to find things that catch his eye, things that... she would have laughed at, if just for how cheesy and gaudy they were.
In the end, James is coming up on Persephone's shrine with his phone in hand, checking the directions he's following practically every step of the way. He wasn't able to find the flowers that he wanted, but he does have a bag from a nearby Hallmark store that's full of a few things he means to leave here as remembrance.
Either way, he's pausing at the entrance to Cathedral Hill, mouth slightly open as he marvels at the cathedral and statue at the center, the variety of other places of worship that surround him. It's... quiet, here. In a way the rest of the city isn't. He really can understand why this would become a place to pay respects.]
Whoa...
