WHO: Patrizio Fugo and maybe you?!
WHERE: All around Hyrule
WHEN: The entire latter half of October
WHAT: Fugo is out and actually doing things for the first time since August. Oops?
WARNINGS: Violence against Hyrule monsters to start with, will update accordingly
[Sometimes, you go through a lot over the course of four months. Sometimes, after you've gone through four months' worth of "a lot", you think to yourself "Good god, I need a damn nap." Sometimes, after you've gone through four months of "a lot" and decide you need a nap, you look up again and realize it's been over a month and a half. Whoops.
(Even when it's not actually a nap, but keeping your head down while in the process of moving and then focusing on schoolwork afterwards.)
Sometimes you really do need to poke your head out and see the sun, occasionally. This is why Fugo has picked a few days when he doesn't have much else going on to head into one of the Gates. The one in the alert at the start of the month is very much passed up in favor of Hyrule--but maybe that's not a surprise, given Fugo spends a lot of time there anyway.]
1. protect the pumpkins!
[At one point, when he has a few days at once that he's not doing anything, Fugo finds himself in Hateno, chatting and seeing what he can help the locals out with.
As it turns out, there's been a bit of a monster problem at night, especially with regard to the village's pumpkin patches and skeletons smashing them. Fugo's more than happy to help out with that. And with another helping hand? He'll happily reassure the person with the request that it's well in hand.
Upon nightfall, Fugo can't quite stop himself from doing a little to tend the patch, ostensibly to give himself something to do while they wait.]
How long do you think we have until they start showing up?
2. party korok in the house tonight
[Of course, there's always other reasons to come to Hyrule--namely the Koroks. Fugo can be spotted staring down any number of the puzzles.]
a. target practice
[Fugo takes aim with the bow he's picked up. He's still not the most confident with these, but he's not about to use his magic on these balloons.] If nothing else, this should help me get used to using a bow...
b. unplug the cork
[There is. A giant cork. Attached to a chain. And stuck in what appears to be a hollow tree stump. Fugo looks on, perplexed, tilting his head to one side.] ... I really need to stop questioning the things I find here.
c. the floor (ground?) is lava
[... He was just climbing onto this stump to see if it could provide a little bit of a better view of the area. Imagine his surprise when it spawned another nearby.] ... Let me guess, get to the other one without touching the ground?
[He sighs, then looks around, perking up a little when he spots some large planks of wood nearby.] So. I think I have an idea. [... He can fly, sure, but where's the fun in just doing that?]
3. a little extra practice...
[Given the sorts of things that happen regularly, keeping one's skills sharp is not only a good idea, but downright necessary. Clearing out monsters around villages and stables is a simple matter, and he has plenty of methods at his hands. Including that staff of Elliot's that ended up in the Goodwill. That's actually what he's primarily practicing with this time, supplementing it with the abilities from his Vision, his ARCUS, and something else new--a Persona--as needed.
This time, as he's given this job by a bunch of Zora, he's contemplative.]
That... sure sounds like a lot for one person to take on their own...
[Maybe he should call someone, see if they're available or feel up to helping--or maybe someone nearby could offer a little help?]
[OOC: I'm also down to just plotting something else out besides any of these if you're so inclined! Hit me up and we can see what we can come up with!]
