I've seen people using these as dog toys. Would it also work for Pokemon?

So long as your Pokemon aren't too small, you should be okay! What have you got again?

I am not overly familiar with the strange creatures, but I know Cerberus takes great joy in one of those. I can't see why it would not work the same for your own pets.
[ She wishes Cerberus was a little LESS into dog toys honestly, but this is what she's stuck with. ]

[Attached is a picture of an Oshawott racing at top speed after a frisbee while a Spheal bounces along behind him.]
they find it pretty fun.

[Both of hers have four legs, so this is important]
I'm not sure what they like yet.
Other than keeping watch.
[Surprise adopted guard dog]

[There is a short delay before a photo is attached: one of her legendary dog sitting at attention, alert and regal looking... and an Eevee sprawled over her armchair cushions like a sack of potatoes in the background.]
I've been told they are Null: Type and Eevee. Will Eevee be large enough?
[There's no question about Null: Type.]

The legendary three headed dog is here? He likes these?
Pokemon can be... unusual. [See the walking apple who is now a pie lizard.] But they are very friendly once you get to know them.

Those are... [What is the wording from Yuuki's documents] ...water type?
[She recognizes at least one as a seal, like Wolfwood]
no subject
Is that one of those evolution options?
no subject
yeah, oshawott and spheal. fluvius is the oshawott and litus is the spheal.

[ Because this goddamn dog is always gonna make friends. She might as well give up and let it happen. ]
Is that so? And they have... unusual abilities, right? I have heard that.
no subject
[ Oh no, they're so adorable though! He wants to know how the holy hell she got a Null: Type, but he ain't delving into that. That feels like a Yuuki Problem. ]
I mean, so long as you don't throw it too hard or high, I think so?

Do the leaves fall off when the weather changes?

Oshawott and Spheal
There's also a seal Pokemon here, but one that's not so round. They like balancing things on their nose.

but a ball you can play catch with is a sure hit. tennis balls work.
what's it called? have you got a picture of it?

[Legendary dog legendary dog legendary dog of the underworld!]
[Nevermind this post was prompted by a different legendary dog. Cerberus is in books.]
They do, though I have not tested it much. I haven't seen the ones here do more than smack a ball into Wolfwood's face.
[Nico's Popplio loves playing very much, very enthusiastic. Maybe a little too enthusiastic sometimes.]
no subject
Oh right! Nico's Pokemon love playing fetch with those.
[There's a delay but then she posts a picture of a Popplio on the river's edge, balancing oranges on their nose.]
Their name is Flappy.

they're absolutely adorable. would your friend nico mind if i dropped by with litus so she could hang out with them? she likes meeting new people.

[ And Eve can play with the BEST BOY. ]
...You know what? That does sound about right.
[ Eve can't hear the snickering on Persephone's side. Oh, Wolfwood and your awful luck. ]
no subject
So what is "the right arm action?"
[Eve may have tried the frisbee toss before, only for it to plop right to the earth. But she's not telling.]
[It is absolutely a Yuuki problem, one that he already knows about. At least Eve read through his legendary Pokemon care materials!]

[And lo, Varian will go into a long-winded, math and science-oriented explanation of the perfect throw. There are a lot of words in there like "optimum lift" and "wind resistance". There are at least two equations in there. He's pretty thorough about it! ]
And then you should be able to throw it perfectly!
no subject
So that's how you do it. Seems simple enough.
Thanks!
Pretend I wrote Slappy, I think my brain combo-ed them with Fritter
...Will his helmet not cause problems with the catching part?
[The metal does cover most of Null: Type's face.]
[There's a momentary delay as Eve walks across the cottage to ask.]
He doesn't mind. He says that it would be fine if you want to visit.
[Wolfwood's answer may have been more wordy than that, including talk of weird dogs and more seals for his growing family.]
no subject
Right! Once you get it down to basics, it's pretty easy!
[ Someone let these kids out of the mathletes so they can get social lives. ]
