Oh yes, I can’t help but to agree with you too. Ajiaco is one of the best food that anyone can eat up and I have been waiting to give it a shot and see how it pans out for me. It certainly has been a while since I got to have it for some time following Mamí’s disappearance.

I have been putting it off for weeks due to work commitments, but this time I’m pulling all the stops to make the best one yet. Hopefully fingers crossed that it will taste as just as good as Mamí and Luisa’s ajiaco.
