She was more getting at the fact that resources and help were so publicly offered more than anything, really.

"Do you think it'd help if it was easier for people to know who to talk to? Like, who's already dealt with the memory stuff or something."

It's entirely possible this is a bit of a concern of hers given some of the people she's friends with here.
