While this is by no means the first time she's been grabbed and hefted around by a Servant, Ritsuka hadn't really anticipated Gil doing it. And so she remains oblivious to his intent as she listens to his and Vergil's interplay, trying to spot the korok the latter attempted to point out for herself.
"Gil-?!" She's startled enough when that strong arm suddenly hauls her upward to let out a brief cry of surprise. Resistance is clearly futile at this point, however, and while she might be just a little bit embarrassed at Gil pulling something like this in front of someone else, Ritsuka tries to focus on figuring out just where this is going and--
Oh.
So that's how they're gonna do this, huh.
She uses that precious brief moment as he prepares to throw her to heed his warning, doing her best to position herself and fix her gaze on the apple in question. And then she's airborne, launched upward by that enhanced strength, reaching to snatch the apple from its branch and clutch it tightly to her chest like some hard-won prize. Then she's falling. Hopefully Gil plans to catch her; Ritsuka can manage a fall from this height well enough on her own, sure, but as she's not exactly in an ideal position for doing so a few bruises might be inevitable.
Though either way, doubtless Vergil's getting some good entertainment out of these two and their shenanigans.
now I'm giggling at work I hope you're happy
