Luz gave Olivia a smile and a pet on the head, only to have Stringbean cuddle up to Luz's shoulder, letting out an appreciative hiss before settling over to the crook of her arm. She gave one last nuzzle and then solidified and extended into a staff. Luz caught it in her hands, still smiling despite her tears.

"I hope so! Isn't she great?!"

Luz couldn't help beaming, just taking in the new Palisman. Luz made a mental note to properly introduce Stringbean to Kriktune and Lurantis, and make sure they didn't feel like they'd be second fiddle to her Palisman.

"When did you get yours?"
