Ritsuka thinks that over a bit. She's really pretty clueless when it comes to magecraft, let alone the incredibly advanced technology at Chaldea that utilizes it. But she's also been around said technology a couple years now, and you pick up a few things just from hearing the people who know how it works talk about it.

"Where I'm from, there's some people who made some really high-tech stuff that also uses magecraft. I don't know how it all works, but I'm pretty sure part of it is that the magecraft is part of making it in the first place, and that's what lets it work on magical things?"

In other words, her impression is that it's possible to do, but requires very specific setup.
