Something is not right and Jamie wants to know why. Which means one thing: how on Earth did the museum managed to procure these items?)
The Price of Hubris (The element of Water has been blessed with a remarkable boost that increases Jamie’s curiosity by tenfold as he decides to ignore the Atlanteans’ warning to not wander into the blessed grounds, which is actually a cave as he soon discovers, and he tries to find anything about the place and why they are so nervous about their current predicament.
As he sneaks himself inside the cave, he then notices the ancient writings and cave wall paintings depicting crystals and people taking them for their own use? That’s strange, the Atlanteans claimed that the Gods sank them below the water due to pride and arrogance during the city. This is getting to be very suspicious in his eyes and that has him scratching his head in utter confusion.
Wondering what these relics are trying to tell him, he does his best to look into them even if he isn’t super fluent in Atlantean. Anyone who might want to get into the caves will likely find him pouring through old scrolls at this time.)
How strange. I wonder why they are trying to hide this from everyone for so long.
