The rude flowers this month... They threw something at me.

Does anyone know who or what this is supposed to be?

[A photograph is added to the network: one yellow phone resting on a seated Kermit the Frog. It seems to be resting on a very basic table. Behind the unusual phone, a red sphere (clown nose) and some tickets are barely visible.]

This is the second phone that's shown up around me with this exact frog. Is it a cartoon character?

That, my friend, is Kermit the Frog. He's a Muppet, and generally a good role model. I would highly recommend watching the Muppet Show if you wish to know more. Or the Muppet Movie. [pause] ...The one that's actually called The Muppet Movie, but the other Muppet movies I've seen are also very good.
