WHO: Varian and Luz
WHERE: Backyard of some rich dude
WHEN: EARLY March.
WHAT: Fairy Weather Friends quest
WARNINGS: None!
Varian's had less and less free time as of late- with everything going on in Zodiac. But he knows he needed to try and keep their suspicion of him as low as possible, and that means acting like everything is fine and normal. In turn, that means taking the occasional quest. Nothing to see here.
Of course, he really should have read the fine print before he accompanied Luz on this particular quest. As soon as they get into the backyard and the tea party, he realises he's deeply outside of his comfort zone. He's eyeballing the kids and the tray of nibbles he's holding before glancing over at Luz.
"...So this is a literal tea party."
