Luz couldn't help herself as she zoomed away faster, calling out in glee and already fumbling for the yarn the Professor gave her. The moment of dorkiness was ill planned though, as one of the incoming Fae managed to blast Luz with some kind of magic just as she was readying their escape. Luz shrieked, and unfortunately, both of them went tumbling off the staff as Owlbert reverted back, concerned about his friend.
Luckily, Luz managed to hit them with her hover glyph, so they don't hit the ground and hurt themselves.
